First Batch of Customized Split-Type Super Charging Stations 480kw Successfully Delivered

Recently, the first batch of 10 split-type super charging stations, exclusively customized by our company for our clients, has successfully completed production, passed rigorous inspections, and been shipped. As an innovative achievement in new energy vehicle (NEV) charging infrastructure, these products embody a "zero-defect" quality management philosophy throughout the entire process from R&D to delivery. Supported by digitalized and lean control systems, this project establishes a new benchmark for quality control in high-end customized charging equipment.  


Comprehensive Quality Control: From Sub-Millimeter Precision to National Standards

In terms of quality assurance, we implemented a triple-layered safeguard system covering raw materials, manufacturing processes, and testing. First, core components were sourced from BYD-certified suppliers, with all electrical elements complying with UL, CE, and other international certifications. Additionally, 20 customized inspection criteria were introduced to address the structural specifics of the split-type design. Second, a dual-quality inspection protocol was enforced during production, integrating AI vision systems at critical stages to ensure assembly precision within ±0.05mm. Finally, finished products underwent over 200 quality tests, including a 72-hour continuous aging test, IP68-rated waterproof and dustproof validation, and extreme temperature tests ranging from -30°C to 55°C, guaranteeing lifecycle reliability.  


End-to-End Process Control: Digitalization Drives Intelligent Manufacturing  

For process management, the project team adopted a transparent "end-to-end" digital governance model. By deploying a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), we achieved full-process digital oversight from order decomposition, material traceability, production scheduling, to quality tracking. A dedicated *"1+N" task force* was established for the BYD project, led by the general manager and comprising cross-functional teams from R&D, engineering, quality control, and five other departments. Through daily briefings, milestone alerts, and 3D simulation rehearsals, the production cycle was shortened by 20%. Prior to delivery, a novel customer-supervised manufacturing approach was implemented, with BYD technicians participating in key stage reviews and jointly optimizing 18 critical processes.  


The newly delivered split-type super charging stations support 1000V high-voltage fast-charging platforms, delivering a peak power of 480kW. Equipped with an intelligent power distribution system, they dynamically adjust output based on real-time vehicle demands. This successful delivery marks a significant breakthrough in our capabilities for high-end customized charging solutions. Moving forward, both parties will deepen collaboration to advance NEV energy replenishment technologies.  


The equipment has arrived at client’s pilot battery-swap stations nationwide and is scheduled to begin trial operations by the end of this month. Our company will continue to provide technical support for installation and commissioning, upholding exceptional quality to empower the green mobility ecosystem.
